This is a must see guys!!! Mike Koroleff has modified his racing set up with the Cyber Snipa Gamepad. As you can see from the images below, the set up is pretty hardcore, and the Gamepage compliments the setup perfectly.

digg this!!

Here is what Mike had to say when I asked him about his mod.

"As a gamer from the days of Secret weapons of the Lufftwaffe played on a 386 with 2 meg of ram, Mike was always interested in motor sport.

Finally I got onto the internet and joined a Sim racing club, then a whole world of gaming exploded in my face. I decided to build a sim racing cockpit, after trolling through countless designs and images of others work I scribbled out a design on some paper and set about starting. Being in the timber flooring industry tools were no problem. I purchased MDF, screws, and timber for about $110, a seat for $400, a cheap and nasty spray gun for undercoating, and 4 spray cans of gloss black and set to work.

It took two days of fiddle as there was no set plan, just a picture of how I wanted it to finish up. I made everything fit my size and used past driving experience to set seat, pedal and steering dimensions. With my G25 wheel attached off I went.
The problem is always the need for more buttons, and a keyboard is always an "add on where you can" item. One of the clubs members sent me a photo of his solution, a Cyber Snipa game pad, which he velcro'd to the middle of his wheel.
Having more space available I built an angled frame and added it to my cockpit. Bought a label maker and went nuts. Of note is the pretty blue light which loots great on a desk but is blinding until blanked off by the labels.

So for $54 AUD I have added a fantastic gaming tool. Easy to fit, easy to program, ergonomically perfect for racing and readily available. It took me 30minutes to find one in Sydney and it was installed an hour later.

As you can see everything I need is at my fingertips and easy to find in the midst of a "flyer", and I must say, I looked at several types of game pads but this was by far the best suited to my needs. It is an excellent product and after showing off my work there have been several others purchased for the exact same use, here and abroad...."
