Games that failed!

What games were you really looking forward to for months and months, following all the hype and faithfully flocking to the developers website when new information was posted trying to suck in all the gaming goodness you could, and then when the game was delivered it was total crap?

For me that game was Vanguard. I went to the developer's website on a daily basis, I was super stoked for the release, and then I got accepted into Closed Beta. I loaded up the Beta client and was terribly unimpressed. I figured, well this is a Beta so I'll stick with it. I spent a few months trying to help the devs create a better game to no avail I stupidly went out and bought the game on release and I was still disappointed. The game that was heralded as the WoW killer in fact did the exact opposite, and WoW's playerbase has continued to climb since the release of Vanguard.

Flysis/Air Rivals.. I know its kinda an MMORPG... but its pretty bad.
